WOW Jubilee 2020 V – May edition of NewMediaFest2020 –
but it is time to take a view on the new open call “Corona! Shut Down?” dealing with the current Corona crisis launched during the 1st days of April. To launch this new project, made sense for really many reasons. The main reason is representing the aspect of “solidarity” for all affected people whether they suffer of the virus desease or those who fight against it like in hospitals etc, but it makes even more than sense in a conceptual concern, because NewMediaFest2020 had its main focus on the PAST, not necessarily in historical concern, but on projects which were completed or initiated before 2020, and now the current Present points to Future perspectives of different kind.
